Natural wood and acrylic stone

  • Avoid prolonged contact with water: the product may change texture or lose color.
  • Protect the product from strong impacts, sharp objects, and abrasive surfaces to prevent scratches.
  • Clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then be sure to wipe dry.
  • Do not use alcohol or aggressive chemical agents.

Braided leather strap

  • Avoid excessive moisture, contact with perfumes, and antiseptics. If the strap gets wet, let it air dry naturally, away from direct heat sources.

Silver cube with KK logo

  • Over time, the metal may require light professional polishing.
  • For daily care, simply wipe it with a dry soft cloth.

Shipping & Payment

Delivery in Ukraine

Goods are delivered within Ukraine by Nova Poshta.

Shipments are made within 2-4 business days after the store receives payment, with the exception of pre-order or custom-made items.

The cost of delivery is paid by the recipient, according to the carrier's tariffs. Shipments are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will be shipped on Monday.

International Delivery

International deliveries are carried out by the following companies: Nova Poshta, Ukr Poshta, DHL, UPS.

Shipments are made within 3-4 business days after the store receives payment. Delivery time is 14-20 business days. Express delivery: 5-14 days. The cost is calculated individually depending on the country of destination; the delivery cost depends on the volumetric weight of the parcel.

Please note that the total order amount does not include local sales tax/VAT; additional fees may apply.

Payment for delivery services is made along with payment for the goods. After the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) by which you can track the parcel. International orders are not subject to exchange or return. Due to the war in Ukraine, delivery delays are possible.
