Care

Leather case

  • Avoid exposure to direct light, heat and humidity. It is also recommended to avoid contact with water, oils and perfumes.
  • If water gets on the accessory, use a soft cloth to gently blot and absorb the moisture. Do not rub the leather against rough or abrasive surfaces.
  • To clean the case, gently wipe it with a clean soft cloth or an alcohol-free damp wipe, never use soap or solvents.
  • For light leather tones, we recommend avoiding contact with fabrics that may be subject to color transfer or staining.

Comb

  • Remove hair and debris with a soft cloth or damp wipe, if necessary.
  • Do not leave the comb in direct sunlight or near heating devices, as the plastic may be damaged by heat.
  • Do not apply aggressive chemicals or solvents to the comb, as this may cause damage to the plastic. When not in use, store the accessory in a protective pouch in a cool and dry place.

Shipping & Payment

Delivery in Ukraine
Delivery of goods in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta.

Shipments are made within 2-4 business days after the store receives payment, except for pre-order or custom-order items.

The cost of delivery is paid by the recipient, according to the carrier's tariffs. Shipments are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will be shipped on Monday.

International Delivery
International deliveries are carried out by the following companies: Nova Poshta, Ukr Poshta, DHL, UPS.

Shipments are made within 3-4 business days after the store receives payment. Delivery time is 14-20 business days. Express delivery: 5-14 days. The cost is calculated individually depending on the destination country; the delivery cost depends on the volumetric weight of the parcel.

Please note that the total order amount does not include local sales tax/VAT; additional charges may apply.

Payment for the delivery service is made together with the payment for the goods. After sending the order, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) by which you can track your parcel. International orders are not subject to exchange or return. Due to the war in Ukraine, delivery delays are possible.
