Saffiano, Crumb, and similar types have a distinct texture that helps maintain the neat appearance of the product.

Flatter leather (soft smooth leather) has a more delicate surface and natural elasticity, creating a soft feel and developing a unique character over time.

Care
• Clean the surface with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth
• If necessary, a weak soapy solution may be used
• After cleaning, be sure to wipe the product dry
• Store in a dry place, in a protective pouch

• Avoid prolonged contact with water, oil, cosmetics, and perfumes
• Do not use alcohol-based or aggressive chemical agents
• Avoid strong friction and contact with abrasive surfaces
• Flatter leather may softly change shape and develop natural signs of wear over time — this is a characteristic of the material

Small differences in texture, shade, and surface are natural for genuine leather and are not considered a defect.

Shipping & Payment

Delivery in Ukraine
Delivery of goods in Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta.

Shipments are made within 2-4 business days after the store receives payment, except for pre-order or custom-order items.

The cost of delivery is paid by the recipient, according to the carrier's tariffs. Shipments are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will be shipped on Monday.

International Delivery
International deliveries are carried out by the following companies: Nova Poshta, Ukr Poshta, DHL, UPS.

Shipments are made within 3-4 business days after the store receives payment. Delivery time is 14-20 business days. Express delivery: 5-14 days. The cost is calculated individually depending on the destination country; the delivery cost depends on the volumetric weight of the parcel.

Please note that the total order amount does not include local sales tax/VAT; additional charges may apply.

Payment for the delivery service is made together with the payment for the goods. After sending the order, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) by which you can track your parcel. International orders are not subject to exchange or return. Due to the war in Ukraine, delivery delays are possible.
