• The online gift card will be sent to the recipient's email address.
• The offline (physical) gift card will be sent by Nova Poshta within 1-2 business days.

Delivery within Ukraine
Delivery of goods within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta.

Shipments are made within 2-4 business days after the store receives payment, excluding pre-ordered or custom-made items.

The cost of delivery is paid by the recipient, according to the carrier's tariffs. Shipments are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will be shipped on Monday.

International Delivery
International deliveries are carried out by Nova Poshta, Ukr Poshta, DHL, UPS.

Shipments are made within 3-4 business days after the store receives payment. Delivery time is 14-20 business days. Express delivery: 5-14 days. The cost is calculated individually depending on the destination country; the delivery cost depends on the volumetric weight of the parcel.

Please note that the total order amount does not include local sales tax/VAT; additional fees may apply.

Payment for delivery services is made together with the payment for the goods. After the order is shipped, you will receive a TTN (consignment note) number, which you can use to track the parcel. International orders are not subject to exchange or return. Due to the war in Ukraine, delivery delays are possible.
