Natural leather with a special protective layer that increases its resistance to daily use.

Saffiano, Crumb and similar: have a pronounced texture that perfectly hides minor marks and maintains a neat appearance. Floater leather (soft smooth leather): has a delicate texture and natural elasticity, acquiring an individual character over time.

Care

  • Clean with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth (with a weak soap solution if needed).
  • Always wipe the surface dry after cleaning.
  • Store in a dry place in its original protective dust bag.

Important

  • Avoid contact with water, oils, cosmetics, perfumes, and abrasive surfaces.
  • Do not use alcohol-based or aggressive chemical cleaners.
  • For Floater leather, a natural change in shape and the appearance of slight signs of use are inherent characteristics of the material.
  • Small differences in texture and shade emphasize the authenticity of natural leather and are not a defect.

Shipping & Payment

Delivery in Ukraine

Goods are delivered within Ukraine by Nova Poshta.

Shipments are made within 2-4 business days after the store receives payment, with the exception of pre-order or custom-made items.

The cost of delivery is paid by the recipient, according to the carrier's tariffs. Shipments are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will be shipped on Monday.

International Delivery

International deliveries are carried out by the following companies: Nova Poshta, Ukr Poshta, DHL, UPS.

Shipments are made within 3-4 business days after the store receives payment. Delivery time is 14-20 business days. Express delivery: 5-14 days. The cost is calculated individually depending on the country of destination; the delivery cost depends on the volumetric weight of the parcel.

Please note that the total order amount does not include local sales tax/VAT; additional fees may apply.

Payment for delivery services is made along with payment for the goods. After the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) by which you can track the parcel. International orders are not subject to exchange or return. Due to the war in Ukraine, delivery delays are possible.
