CARE

We use natural Italian leather, high-quality Italian and Spanish fabrics. Any product requires care.

The leather can be scratched, so we recommend avoiding contact with abrasive surfaces.

Avoid direct exposure to water or direct sunlight. Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, hand sanitizers, and other chemicals that can cause stains or any marks on the leather or fabric product.

We do not recommend using the bag in rainy weather. Rainwater is highly permeable.

For lighter leather and fabric tones, we recommend avoiding contact with dark denim or other dyeing fabrics, as the light material of the bag may be subject to color transmission or stains.

CARE FOR SMOOTH AND EMBOSSING LEATHER

For smooth leather, you can use special creams (colorless or tinted). The most versatile leather care product of any color is colorless shoe wax. Wax, alike creams, is applied with a special soft shoe brush to the product previously cleaned of dirt and dust. If you want to make your purse shine, rub it with a flannel or fur cloth after applying the wax.

CARE FOR GLOSSY AND MATTE LEATHER

Glossy and matte leather requires some extra care. Glossy leather tends to be scratched, while matte leather, on the contrary, is being "polished" while using. If you want your matte or glossy leather products to retain their original look for as long as possible, we recommend you to be careful with them. Wax is not suitable for the care of such skin types.

If there is a dirt on glossy, matte, smooth or embossed leather, first you should wipe it off with a napkin, and then use special restoration means. Matte ("rubber") leather can also be wiped with a wet cloth without applying an alcohol and then dried, or gently wipe the skin with a soft, light natural cloth (microfiber). Never use soap or solvent.

CARE FOR FABRIC PRODUCTS

For lighter fabric tones, we recommend avoiding contact with dark denim or other dyeing fabrics, as the light material of the bag may be subject to color transmission or stains.

Avoid direct exposure to water or direct sunlight. Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, hand sanitizers, and other chemicals that can cause stains or any marks on the leather or fabric product.

We do not recommend using the bag in rainy weather. Rainwater is highly permeable.

Products made of fabric we recommend to hand in dry cleaning for delicate cleaning. Never use a washing machine. Leather parts can be cleaned only with a wet cloth without alcohol. Do not use water to cleanse the leather.

Also, don't forget to always take care of proper storage place of the bag when it is not in use. We recommend storing your purse in a Kate Kore dust bag. Try to avoid dust and dirt.

Proper care for the Kate Kore product will allow you to fully appreciate its beauty for many years to come.

CARE FOR SUEDE LEATHER

Suede leather has natural textural characteristics that make each handbag unique, and provides a sophisticated look and feel.

Suede leather accessories require special care to maintain their beauty and quality for a long time. Here are some tips on how to care for your suede handbag:

- Avoid moisture: Suede leather is very sensitive to moisture, so avoid contact with water or rain. If the handbag becomes wet, leave the handbag out in the air, away from direct sunlight or heat sources, and allow it to dry completely. Do not use a dryer or other heat sources as this may damage the suede.

- Use a suede brush: Periodically use a soft suede leather brush to remove dust and dirt. Gentle, circular motions will help maintain the texture and look of your handbag.

- Apply a protective agent: Applying a special suede leather protector will help protect your handbag from moisture and dirt. Make sure the product is suitable for suede leather before using it.

- Store properly: Store your suede handbag in a dry and ventilated place, away from sources of heat and moisture. Avoid storing your handbag in plastic or synthetic bags as this may cause stains or soften the leather. Use the included storage bag for storage.

- Avoid exposure to direct light, heat, and humidity. It is also recommended to avoid contact with creams, oils, and perfumes.

- For lighter skin tones, we recommend avoiding contact with fabrics that may be subject to color transfer or staining.

- Do not let your suede handbag come into contact with sharp or rough objects to avoid scratches and damage.

By following these tips for caring for your suede handbag, you will preserve its look and quality for a long time.

If your suede handbag has stains from the rain, try to remove them with the following steps:

1. Dry: Wipe your handbag with a soft cloth or tissue to remove excess moisture. Then leave it out in the air where it can dry completely. Avoid drying in direct sunlight or using a dryer.

2. Clean the stains: After the handbag is completely dry, use a soft suede brush to remove any remaining dirt or dust. Gently wipe the stained area without applying excessive force.

3. If the stains remain, try using a special suede leather cleaner. You should follow the manufacturer's instructions and first test the product on an invisible part of your handbag to make sure it does not damage the leather.

If the stains remain after trying to remove them yourself, it is recommended to contact a professional dry cleaner or suede leather care specialists.

By following these steps, you will be able to restore your suede handbag after it has been exposed to rain and keep it in good condition for a long time.
