Materials and workmanship: We guarantee that our handbags are made of high quality leather and components. In case of defects in material or workmanship within one year from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. 

Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case-by-case basis with valid proof of purchase on katekore.com or at one of our official points of sale. Defects presented within 3 months of use will be addressed as soon as possible.

Accessories: We also guarantee the quality of the hardware (zippers, buckles, clasps, etc.) on our products. In the event of a breakdown or failure of the hardware during the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement.

If the warranty period for Kate Kore products has expired , you can contact us in the Contact Us section and we will consider your request for out-of-warranty repair. Each request, the term and cost of repair is considered individually.

IMPORTANT NOTES. The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear of leather and other materials, as well as damage caused by improper care, mechanical stress, or negligence.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, or if you receive products that do not meet your request, you can exchange or return the purchased goods within 14 days after the date of delivery. Kate Kore will accept the return of goods if your handbag is fully packaged, and the 14-day period has not yet expired, the goods are in their original condition (presentation).

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

 - Contact the manager and report the exchange or return in a way convenient for you (by writing to us in Telegram / Instagram / Email).

 - After the manager has confirmed the exchange or return, you need to fill out the exchange form and return form that the manager will send you.

 - Pack the goods for return or exchange in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipment. Returned products must include: the box in which you received the product (if the product was sent by mail), a storage bag, and the product itself with the original tags and cards attached. Bags with any signs of wear (not in their original form) will not be accepted for return or exchange. If the goods are packed incorrectly, crumpled or lose their presentation during the return, we will be forced to refuse to exchange or return the goods.

 - Send the packaged goods to the address provided by the manager. In Ukraine, exchange and return is carried out by Nova Poshta. IMPORTANT! The customer pays for the delivery of the returned goods. A parcel whose delivery is not paid will be returned to you. 

 - Upon receipt of the return to our warehouse, our managers will check the compliance of the goods with the requirements described above. In case of any disputable issues regarding the defect of the goods, it will be submitted for examination to the production and will be inspected by our technologist, who will make a conclusion on the goods.

 - Refund or exchange: Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be sent within 5-7 business days. In case of an exchange, the item will be sent within 5-7 business days, subject to stock availability.

Only the buyer can exercise the right to return, but not the person who received the product as a gift.

The buyer has no right to exchange or return the purchased goods if:

  • Customized goods cannot be exchanged or returned
  • Goods made by pre-order are non-refundable (exchange is possible)
  • Incomplete equipment
  • Lack of original tags and markings
  • Signs of use
  • Use for photo and video shoots without brand approval
  • International shipping

  • Add the product to the cart and fill out the order form (make sure all the data is correct before placing the order, as changes are not possible after placing).

Gift certificates

  • You can buy an online or physical certificate on the website, Instagram, or Telegram (denominations from UAH 2000, valid for 1 year).
  • The certificate can be used on the website or for an individual order.
  • The funds for the certificate are not refundable. If the product costs less than the amount of the certificate, the rest is burned.
  • The certificate can be used with a surcharge for the goods, but the order amount cannot be less than the face value of the certificate.
  • The funds for the certificate are not refundable in cash, they remain on the certificate.
  • In case of returning the goods purchased with the certificate, the refund amount will be credited to the certificate.
  • The certificate cannot be used to withdraw cash.
  • The certificate cannot be used after its expiration date.
  • If the certificate is lost or stolen, it cannot be restored or compensated.
  • The certificate cannot be used to pay for delivery or other additional services.
