ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this site, you confirm that you have reached the age of majority and agree to the terms of service. Products cannot be used for illegal purposes or to violate the laws of your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site and Service without express written permission from us.

For the purpose of selling and delivering ordered goods, our online store Kate Kore requests Users to provide personal data necessary for communication and delivery.

Users have the right to visit the pages of the Kate Kore online store without providing personal data until placing an order.

Kate Kore products can be purchased exclusively for personal use, not for resale.

FINAL PROVISIONS

All disputes between the Kate Kore online store and the User are resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an agreement, they are referred to court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. Before going to court, a claim must be submitted. The recipient of the claim informs the applicant in writing about the results of its consideration within 10 calendar days.
ORDER AND PAYMENT

Ordering on the website

  • Add the item to your cart and fill out the order form (please carefully check the correctness of all entered data before placing an order. After confirming the order, changes may be limited or impossible depending on the stage of its processing).
  • After starting the order placement, the item is reserved for a limited time – up to 15 minutes, however, the availability of the item is not guaranteed until successful completion and payment confirmation.
  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email to the address specified during checkout.
  • By completing your order, you agree to the terms and conditions of service.

Payment

  • Bank cards: Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay via the Hutko payment system.
  • As soon as the payment is made, a payment confirmation email with your order number will be automatically sent to your email address.
  • After successful payment, a confirmation email with the order number is automatically sent to your email address. If you do not receive an email, we recommend checking your "Spam" folder or contacting us.
  • In case of technical errors, payment system failures, or temporary delays in processing payments, payment confirmation time may be increased.

Gift Certificates

  • You can purchase an online or physical certificate on the website, Instagram, or Telegram (denominations from 2000 UAH, valid for 1 year).
  • The certificate can be used on the website or for a custom order.
  • Funds for the certificate are non-refundable. If the item costs less than the certificate amount, the remaining balance is forfeited.
  • The certificate can be used with an additional payment if the value of the item exceeds its face value.
  • Funds for the certificate are not refundable in cash; they remain on the certificate.
  • In case of a return of an item purchased with a certificate, the refund amount will be credited to the certificate.
  • The certificate cannot be used to obtain cash.
  • The certificate cannot be used after its expiration date.
  • In case of loss or theft of the certificate, it is not subject to recovery or compensation.
  • The certificate cannot be used to pay for delivery or other additional services.

Pre-order

  • Pre-order is for items that are not in stock and requires full payment, with the item being shipped when ready. The pre-order option is irregular and only for selected items.
  • The manufacturing period is approximately 3 to 14 business days from the moment of payment confirmation and may vary depending on production load, seasonality, or other circumstances.
  • After the order is completed, we will contact you to clarify delivery details.
  • If you wish to receive information about new releases, seasonal collections, or a specific model, you can join the waiting list by writing to our manager on the @katekore.ua Instagram page.
Delivery

Shipping within Ukraine

  • Orders are dispatched within 4 business days from payment confirmation (except for items made to individual order or pre-order). Processing and dispatch times may increase to approximately 7–10 business days during pre-holiday periods, new product releases, and seasonal sales (processing time does not include weekends and public holidays).
  • Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by "Nova Poshta" within 1-3 days from the moment the shipment is transferred to the carrier.
  • Delivery of goods is at the customer's expense according to "Nova Poshta" tariffs (within Ukraine and to some European countries). Shipments are insured for the full value.
  • The waybill number will be available in the Nova Poshta app or sent via SMS/email.
  • The buyer is obliged to inspect the parcel in the presence of the carrier's representative and, in case of external damage, to draw up a report on the spot. Claims regarding damage discovered after receipt without a report may not be accepted.
  • From the moment the shipment is transferred to the carrier, the risk of accidental damage or loss of goods passes to the Buyer. Kate Kore is not responsible for the actions or inactions of the carrier.

International Shipping

  • International shipments are carried out by Nova Poshta, Ukr Poshta (DHL, UPS).
  • Standard delivery via Ukrposhta (14-25 days) – from $30 to $70.
  • Express delivery via Nova Poshta (5-14 days) – calculated individually depending on the country.
  • Payment is made at the exchange rate at the time of placing the order.
  • Items delivered outside of Ukraine are not subject to exchange or return.
  • The choice of carrier company may be changed due to the situation in Ukraine and the availability of certain delivery routes (depending on the logistical situation and availability of routes).
  • Due to military actions in Ukraine, international postal services may experience delays. Kate Kore is not responsible for such delays.

Taxes and Duties

  • Kate Kore is not responsible for any additional taxes and fees associated with customs clearance in your country, as well as for delays by postal carriers and delays related to customs regulations in destination countries. Before placing an international delivery order on our website, please ensure that you are familiar with the rules and regulations regarding customs clearance of goods in your country.
  • Prices do not include international taxes and customs duties, so your delivery may require additional costs according to the legislation of the destination country. All orders are delivered without pre-paid duties. This means that your order may be subject to taxes or duties levied by local customs. All prices on the website are listed without additional fees.
  • Please note that taxes and duties are non-refundable, even if you refuse your order after it has been shipped.

Tracking your package

  • A tracking link will be sent to you via email or in the Nova Poshta/Ukrposhta app after dispatch.
  • Kate Kore is not responsible for delays in updating the tracking status on the carrier's side.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN

You can exchange or return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment at the carrier's office, in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation and the conditions specified below. The final decision on accepting a return or exchange rests with Kate Kore.

Returns or exchanges are possible provided that the product has not been used, its commercial appearance, consumer properties, complete set, original tags, marking, and packaging are preserved.

Upon receiving a package with damaged packaging, the Buyer is obliged to record its condition with photo or video before unpacking. In the absence of such recording, claims regarding damage during delivery may not be accepted.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

  • Contact the manager and notify them of the exchange or return in a way convenient for you (by writing to us on Telegram / Instagram / Email).
  • After the manager confirms the exchange or return, you need to fill out the exchange and return form that the manager will send to you.
  • Pack the items for return or exchange in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. Returned products must include: the box in which you received the item (if the item was sent by mail), the storage pouch, and the item itself with attached original tags and cards. Bags with any signs of wear (not in their original condition) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • The Buyer is responsible for proper packaging of the product during return. In case of damage to the product or loss of its commercial appearance during transportation due to improper packaging, the return or exchange may be denied.
  • Send the packed items to the address specified by the manager. Within Ukraine, exchanges and returns are handled by Nova Poshta. The cost of delivery for return or exchange is paid by the buyer, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defect. A parcel for which delivery has not been paid will be returned to you.
  • After receiving the return at our warehouse, our managers will check the conformity of the product with the requirements described above. In case of disputes regarding the quality of the product or the nature of the damage, the product may be sent for internal inspection by production specialists to determine the causes of the defect. The conclusion of the production specialist is final.
  • Refund or exchange: After confirming the return, funds are returned within 5–7 business days using the same payment method as the purchase, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
  • Refunds are made to the person who paid for the order. Only the Buyer, not a person who received the item as a gift, can exercise the right to return.

The Buyer is not entitled to exchange or return the purchased product if:

  • Pre-ordered items are not subject to return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Items made to individual order or with changes at the buyer's individual request (color, configuration, personalization, or other changes) are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with current Ukrainian legislation.

  • Absence of original tags and marking
  • Product without proof of purchase on katekore.com or at an official point of sale
  • Signs of use
  • A product with signs of use, including for commercial, advertising, photo, or video shoots, may be deemed to have lost its commercial appearance.
  • International shipping
WARRANTY

Our leather products are made from carefully selected materials and undergo final quality control at every stage of production.

Materials and Workmanship: We use high-quality leather and hardware. If material or manufacturing defects are found within one year from the date of purchase, with proof of order from katekore.com or an official point of sale, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

Manufacturing defects are evaluated on a case-by-case basis after assessing the condition of the product and the nature of the damage. Defects reported within the first 3 months from the date of purchase are given priority.

Hardware: We are responsible for manufacturing defects in the hardware (zippers, buckles, fasteners, etc.) on our products. In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect in the hardware within the warranty period, we will provide a free replacement.

If your warranty period for Kate Kore products has expired, you can contact us, and we will consider your application for non-warranty repair. Each application, repair time, and cost are considered individually.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS! The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear of leather and other materials, as well as damage caused by improper care, mechanical impact, or negligence.

  • Natural wear and tear of leather, lining, threads, and other materials due to regular use.
  • Changes in color, texture, or shape of the leather due to exposure to moisture, heat, direct sunlight, or chemicals.
  • Scratches, abrasions, deformations, and other damage due to mechanical impact or careless handling.
  • Damage due to improper care or non-compliance with Kate Kore care recommendations.
  • Products without proof of purchase on katekore.com or at an official point of sale.
