Care

Leather Case

  • Avoid exposure to direct light, heat, and humidity. It is also recommended to avoid contact with water, oils, and perfumes.

  • For lighter leather tones, we recommend avoiding contact with fabrics that may transfer color or stain.

Comb

  • Remove hair residue and dirt with a soft cloth or a damp wipe if necessary.
  • Do not leave the comb in direct sunlight or near heating appliances, as plastic can be damaged by heat exposure.
  • Do not apply aggressive chemical agents or solvents to the comb, as this may cause damage to the plastic. When the accessory is not in use, store it in a protective pouch in a cool and dry place.

Shipping & Payment

Delivery in Ukraine

Goods are delivered within Ukraine by Nova Poshta.

Shipments are made within 2-4 business days after the store receives payment, with the exception of pre-order or custom-made items.

The cost of delivery is paid by the recipient, according to the carrier's tariffs. Shipments are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will be shipped on Monday.

International Delivery

International deliveries are carried out by the following companies: Nova Poshta, Ukr Poshta, DHL, UPS.

Shipments are made within 3-4 business days after the store receives payment. Delivery time is 14-20 business days. Express delivery: 5-14 days. The cost is calculated individually depending on the country of destination; the delivery cost depends on the volumetric weight of the parcel.

Please note that the total order amount does not include local sales tax/VAT; additional fees may apply.

Payment for delivery services is made along with payment for the goods. After the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) by which you can track the parcel. International orders are not subject to exchange or return. Due to the war in Ukraine, delivery delays are possible.
