Care

Suede leather has a natural texture, which makes each accessory unique and requires careful maintenance.

• Avoid contact with water and moisture. If the bag gets wet, let it dry naturally, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

• For cleaning, use a soft suede brush.

• We recommend applying a protective spray for suede leather.

• Store the bag in a dry, well-ventilated place in the dust bag that comes with it.

• Avoid contact with creams, oils, perfumes, and rough surfaces.

• For light shades, we recommend avoiding contact with fabrics that may transfer color.

If rain stains remain, let the bag dry completely and carefully clean the surface with a suede brush. If necessary, use special suede care products or contact a professional dry cleaner.


Canvas

A combination of dense cotton canvas and natural leather. To ensure the bag perfectly holds its shape, the textile is adapted using a special internal duplicating technology. This product requires careful and proper care.
Shipping & Payment

Delivery in Ukraine

Goods are delivered within Ukraine by Nova Poshta.

Shipments are made within 2-4 business days after the store receives payment, with the exception of pre-order or custom-made items.

The cost of delivery is paid by the recipient, according to the carrier's tariffs. Shipments are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will be shipped on Monday.

International Delivery

International deliveries are carried out by the following companies: Nova Poshta, Ukr Poshta, DHL, UPS.

Shipments are made within 3-4 business days after the store receives payment. Delivery time is 14-20 business days. Express delivery: 5-14 days. The cost is calculated individually depending on the country of destination; the delivery cost depends on the volumetric weight of the parcel.

Please note that the total order amount does not include local sales tax/VAT; additional fees may apply.

Payment for delivery services is made along with payment for the goods. After the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) by which you can track the parcel. International orders are not subject to exchange or return. Due to the war in Ukraine, delivery delays are possible.
