Care

For our products, we carefully select exceptional Italian leather. It retains its natural texture, is vibrant and supple, and thus can acquire a unique individual character over time.

Care Recommendations

  • Color care: Light leather shades are sensitive to foreign pigments. To avoid unwanted staining, try to minimize contact of the product with dark denim and items that may bleed.
  • Protection from liquids and cosmetics: Protect the leather from perfumes, creams, antiseptics, and water. If the product gets wet in the rain, blot it as soon as possible with a dry, soft cloth and allow it to dry naturally.
  • Gentle handling: To maintain a smooth surface, avoid prolonged rubbing against rough or abrasive materials.
  • Proper storage: When you are not using the bag, store it in a textile dust bag in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Fill it inside with soft paper to maintain its original shape.

Minor scratches, natural variations in shade or texture are not defects — they are a sign of the material's authenticity, highlighting the history of your product.
Shipping & Payment

Delivery in Ukraine

Goods are delivered within Ukraine by Nova Poshta.

Shipments are made within 2-4 business days after the store receives payment, with the exception of pre-order or custom-made items.

The cost of delivery is paid by the recipient, according to the carrier's tariffs. Shipments are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will be shipped on Monday.

International Delivery

International deliveries are carried out by the following companies: Nova Poshta, Ukr Poshta, DHL, UPS.

Shipments are made within 3-4 business days after the store receives payment. Delivery time is 14-20 business days. Express delivery: 5-14 days. The cost is calculated individually depending on the country of destination; the delivery cost depends on the volumetric weight of the parcel.

Please note that the total order amount does not include local sales tax/VAT; additional fees may apply.

Payment for delivery services is made along with payment for the goods. After the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) by which you can track the parcel. International orders are not subject to exchange or return. Due to the war in Ukraine, delivery delays are possible.
