• Care for straw weaving: Straw is an elastic plant material that loves a balance of properties. To clean dust, simply wipe the weaving with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. If the reed has been in dry sun for too long, it can be refreshed with a slightly damp cloth to restore the natural flexibility of the stems and prevent breakage.
• Caring for the linen lining: Since the lining cannot be washed separately, try to protect it from spilled liquids and cosmetic stains. For spot cleaning linen, use a damp cloth or sponge with a mild soapy solution, gently treating only the fabric and avoiding water getting on the reed frame and leather.
• Protection from bad weather and moisture: Protect the bag from heavy rain and direct contact with water. If the product gets wet, immediately blot it with a dry towel. Dry the bag exclusively at room temperature in an uncreased state, away from batteries or heaters (overheating can cause the reed and leather to crack).
• Contact with leather details: Clean leather elements according to standard rules: protect from alcohol, perfumes and abrasive surfaces, and use delicate colorless wax or cream to maintain softness.
• Gentle storage: To prevent flexible reed stems from deforming and breaking under the weight of other items, store the bag horizontally in a textile bag (dust bag). Fill it inside with soft paper to preserve the architectural shape of the summer silhouette.

Slight unevenness in weaving, shades of reed, or leather texture is not a defect, but a confirmation of handmade work and the absolute naturalness of your accessory.
