Care

Cleaning and Freshness: To remove dust and light dirt, simply wipe the surface with a soft damp cloth or microfiber. For stubborn stains, you can use a mild soapy solution, then be sure to wipe the item dry.

Material Features (No Creams): Unlike natural leather, eco-leather does not require nourishment. Do not use conditioners, creams, natural waxes, or oils on it—they will not absorb and will only create a sticky residue, deteriorating the material's appearance over time.

Protection from Chemicals and Alcohol: Protect the item from contact with alcohol-based sanitizers, perfumes, hairspray, and aggressive stain removers. They can damage the protective polymer layer and deprive the material of its elasticity.

Care for Light Shades: Light eco-leather can absorb deep foreign pigments. Try to avoid prolonged, tight contact of the item with new dark denim or clothing that is prone to bleeding.

Maintaining Shape and Storage: Avoid strong friction against rough, sharp, or abrasive surfaces. Store the item in a textile dust bag, unfolded, filled with soft paper inside to prevent creases.
Shipping & Payment

Delivery in Ukraine

Goods are delivered within Ukraine by Nova Poshta.

Shipments are made within 2-4 business days after the store receives payment, with the exception of pre-order or custom-made items.

The cost of delivery is paid by the recipient, according to the carrier's tariffs. Shipments are not made on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will be shipped on Monday.

International Delivery

International deliveries are carried out by the following companies: Nova Poshta, Ukr Poshta, DHL, UPS.

Shipments are made within 3-4 business days after the store receives payment. Delivery time is 14-20 business days. Express delivery: 5-14 days. The cost is calculated individually depending on the country of destination; the delivery cost depends on the volumetric weight of the parcel.

Please note that the total order amount does not include local sales tax/VAT; additional fees may apply.

Payment for delivery services is made along with payment for the goods. After the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) by which you can track the parcel. International orders are not subject to exchange or return. Due to the war in Ukraine, delivery delays are possible.
